Dual-Focus Requirement: Submissions must substantively address BOTH dimensions.
Note: Studies comparing female and male learners (Gender Gap studies) are welcomed.
However, submissions focusing solely on general educational technology without gender analysis, or women's
studies without distance education context, will be rejected prior to peer review.
