Home / Digital Preservation Policy
Where intWOJDE content is stored, how long it stays available, and what happens if the journal ceases publication.
intWOJDE is committed to the long-term availability of everything it publishes. Articles are never removed from the archive; corrections and retractions are published as separate, permanently linked notices.
The complete archive of intWOJDE — all volumes and issues published since 2012 — is permanently available in open access at www.wojde.org. Each issue is retained both as individual article files and as a complete-issue file, together with the editorial for that issue.
Content is stored on the journal's own hosting account and is included in the provider's routine backup cycle. The editorial office additionally keeps an offline copy of the full archive.
In addition to the journal's own server, intWOJDE records and content are held by the following independent services:
TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM — full text of the earlier issues
Directory of Open Access Scholarly Resources, ISSN International Centre
Zeitschriftendatenbank — German union catalogue of serials
Electronic Journals Library
OCLC — the world's largest library catalogue
Open Academic Journals Index
The full list is maintained on the Indexing & Abstracting page.
Because all articles are published under a CC BY 4.0 licence, authors are permitted — and encouraged — to deposit the published version of their article in their institutional repository, in subject repositories, and on personal or academic networking pages. There is no embargo period.
In the event that intWOJDE ceases publication, the Editorial Board undertakes to keep the full archive publicly accessible and to deposit it with a recognised long-term preservation service so that all published content remains citable and retrievable.
Questions about preservation, archiving or the reuse of published content may be sent to editor@wojde.org.
